Guests can enjoy a royal breakfast in our beautiful Brasserie, a bright elegant setting which overlooks the National Bank of Romania. Our passionate and talented team, led by Chef Ciprian Nicolescu, use only the finest ingredients to create the most delightful morning treats.

From Monday to Sunday, our signature Champagne Breakfast pairs Royal Eggs, Ricotta and Bacon Pancakes, Benedict Eggs, or Veggie Omelettes with an indulgent glass of Champagne, making it the ideal way to start the day. 

A selection of freshly baked pastries and croissants round out the breakfast.
